How will Hubbl be shipped if I purchased through Vodafone?
Hubbl devices purchased through Vodafone will be shipped via StarTrack. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive confirmation from Vodafone and tracking details from StarTrack when it’s on the way.
Hubbl Help does not have visibility of tracking information for devices purchased through Vodafone, so if you have any questions about your delivery, please reach out to Vodafone.
How do I set up Hubbl once I've received it from Vodafone?
Hubbl Hub connects via HDMI, so all you’ll need to do is connect it to your existing TV with the provided HDMI cable and connect it to power, then follow the onscreen prompts.

How do I start streaming once I have the device?
Once you've set up the Hubbl Hub, you can start signing in to apps. If you have a Kayo Sports or BINGE subscription, you won't need to sign in because they share the same login details as your Hubbl subscription and will automatically be available to access on the device.
For all other apps, you can either login using your existing login details or sign up to a new subscription if you don’t currently have one.
For more information about signing in to apps, click here.
How will my subscriptions be managed for the apps I use?
If you have Kayo Sports or BINGE, these apps will be billed by Hubbl and will be reflected as such on your bank statement.
You can add, change or cancel subscriptions billed by Hubbl online via Hubbl My Account.
If you have existing subscriptions billed by other apps and sign in to these on Hubbl, they'll continue to be billed and managed by your existing provider.
What if I have issues with the device?
Once you’ve received the Hubbl Hub, if you experience any technical or streaming issues, we recommend following our online troubleshooting.
