If you need to update your Hubbl payment method, the process will depend on whether you're billed directly by Hubbl, or you're billed by a third-party billing provider such as Telstra, Apple or Optus.
Note: If you update your Hubbl payment method and you’re billed by Hubbl, these changes will also apply to all subscriptions billed by Hubbl.
How do I update my payment details if I’m billed by Hubbl?

Or follow these steps:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Billing, select Payment Methods.
- Under Credit Cards, select Update payment method.
- Enter your credit card details and select Update.
- You’ll see an onscreen message confirming your payment details have been updated.
Note: Updating your payment method will apply to all Hubbl-billed services.
How do I update my payment details if I’m billed by a partner?
If you're billed by a third-party provider, select an option below for steps on how to update your payment details.
Billed by Apple
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Payment & Shipping.
- You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- To update the billing information of an existing card, tap the payment method, then tap Edit.
Billed by Telstra
- To update your AutoPay details:
- Sign in to My Telstra.
- Go to Payments.
- Here, you can add a new credit card.
Billed by Optus
- Open My Optus app.
- Tap the Payment tab.Tap Payment method.
- Tap + Add new card.
- Add your new card details and confirm the terms and conditions.
- Tap Set up.
- Tap Got it.
- You'll see a success screen, tap Got it to finish.
How do I update my payment method from a third-party provider to Hubbl?
Billed by Telstra?
If you're billed by Telstra and would like to be billed by Hubbl via credit card instead, you can update your payment method online through My Account:
- Click here to access My Account.
- Under Telstra Billing, select Update payment.
- Next to the subscription, select Update payment.
Note: If you have multiple subscriptions billed by Telstra, you’ll need to update each one individually. - Select Update credit card and fill in the details.
- Select Update payment method.
Billed by Apple or Optus?
If you're billed by Apple or Optus, you'll need to first cancel the subscription via the third-party biller. Once this has been done, you can then add the subscription to your Hubbl account via My Account.
