How do I cancel a subscription?
Follow these steps:
- Click here to log in to My Account.
- Next to the app you want to cancel, click Cancel.
Note: If you can't see Cancel, you're likely billed by a third-party provider and will need to cancel with them directly. At the bottom of the screen, click Confirm. Review your changes, then click Complete. After cancelling, you’ll still have access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.
How can I confirm the subscription was successfully cancelled?
You'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email from Hubbl confirming your cancellation to the email address associated with your account. Please also check your Junk or Spam folders.
In My Account, the subscription you cancelled will be greyed out under the Manage Subscriptions section, with a date below indicating when your access will be removed.
Can I undo a cancellation?
If you've cancelled but changed your mind and would like to keep the subscription instead, you can undo the cancellation by selecting the minus ( - ) button. You’ll then be prompted to confirm how you’d like to proceed with the cancellation.
What if I'm having trouble cancelling?
If the Cancel button is greyed out in My Account, you're likely billed by Apple and will need to cancel with them directly.
If you're billed by Hubbl or Telstra and you're unable to access My Account or you're experiencing a technical issue, please launch chat, type the word "Cancel" and follow the prompts. This will allow you to cancel the subscription in real-time.
