How do I add a subscription?

To add a subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click here to log in to My Account.
2. Add a subscription by clicking the plus (+) icon, which will turn into a tick once added. Then, select Continue.
3. Review the information and confirm your payment details, then select Confirm.
4. Click Done.

Which subscriptions can I add to my Hubbl account?

You can add the following subscriptions to your Hubbl account:

1. Kayo Sports
2. BINGE

How do I change an existing subscription that’s currently billed by Apple/Telstra/Optus to be billed by Hubbl?

First, you’ll need to cancel the eligible subscription directly through the third-party billing provider. For steps on how to do this, click here.

Once the subscription has been cancelled at the end of your billing cycle, you’ll be able to resubscribe directly through Hubbl by following the steps above.

Can I add a new subscription to be billed by Hubbl, but keep my existing subscriptions billed by a third-party?

Yes, you can keep your existing subscriptions currently billed by a third-party provider, and add a new subscription by following the steps above.
