What is Hubbl?
Hubbl aggregates your subscriptions in one view, simplifying how you search and watch content and giving you the ability to manage your subscriptions in one place.
Hubbl is available via a small device that plugs into any compatible TV as well as via Hubbl Glass - a world-class TV with a built-in high-quality sound that only requires an internet connection and a power cord.
Why is my account attached to Hubbl?
If you have a Hubbl device or have subscribed to a Hubbl (formerly Streamotion) streaming service (BINGE or Kayo Sports), now or in the past, you will have a Hubbl account. To learn more about this, click here.
Hubbl devices include the Hubbl small device and the Hubbl Glass.
If I change my details for one Hubbl subscription, does that update all subscriptions?
Yes. If you update your email or change your password, this will take effect for your Hubbl account, which means it will update these details for any BINGE or Kayo Sports subscriptions you have.
Similarly, entering new credit card details will automatically update any subscription you have with Hubbl that's also billed via credit card. That means if you have an active Kayo Sports subscription and sign up to BINGE with a different credit card, your new details will be automatically updated for both products. These details will also be used if you purchase a Hubbl device or Pay Per View event.
Why is Hubbl listed on my bank statement?
If you’ve purchased a Hubbl device or have subscribed to a Hubbl streaming service, either now or in the past, these charges will be listed on your bank statement.
Charges will be branded depending on what Hubbl device you’ve purchased or subscription you're being billed for. This makes it easy for you to identify which product the invoice is for.
Why is my gift card applied to another Hubbl purchase?
When you apply a gift card, that value is credited to your Hubbl account. For example, if you have three active subscriptions, the gift card value will be applied automatically to whichever subscription is due to be billed next, or the next device or Pay Per View event you purchase. You can’t choose which service to apply the gift card credit to.
If there's remaining credit on your Hubbl account, it will be used for your next Hubbl-billed transaction until the value of the card is exhausted. This could include a subscription, Pay Per View or device purchase.
How do I cancel a Hubbl subscription?
Hubbl subscriptions are only active if you have an active BINGE or Kayo Sports subscription, or if you’re being billed by Hubbl for a third-party app. If you cancel a subscription, you can keep your Hubbl account to subscribe in the future.

Does cancelling one of my subscriptions apply to all my active Hubbl subscriptions?
No, cancelling one subscription does not cancel all your active Hubbl subscriptions. You'll need to cancel each one individually.
Are the BINGE/Kayo features on Hubbl the same as on other devices?
Hubbl allows you to see all your subscriptions in one view, simplifying how you search and watch content. It features a universal Continue Watching carousel and search feature accessible from the home screen, which combines content from all your available apps.
