Register the Hubbl device
Purchased directly through Hubbl?
The device will be automatically pre-linked to your account. Once you receive your device, it needs to be activated which is usually as simple as plugging it in and following the steps on screen. In some cases, such as if you haven’t turned on the device within 30 days of receiving it, you may need to complete this on your mobile device following the Register the device in My Account steps below.
Purchased via a third-party retailer or second-hand?
You’ll need to register it to your Hubbl account following the Register the device in My Account steps below.
Register the device in My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Devices, select Register new device.
- Enter the activation code as seen on the TV screen.
- Here, you can view and confirm the device information.
- You may be asked to update the location of the device to receive the correct free-to-air channels for your region.
- A confirmation message will appear on screen advising the device is now currently registered to your Hubbl account.
