What if I missed my Hubbl Glass delivery appointment?
If you weren’t home for your scheduled appointment, our delivery team will have tried to call you to reschedule delivery for the next day. If unsuccessful, our Hubbl Help team will also attempt to call you to reschedule. If they were unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a refund within 14 days.
Similarly, if two appointments are missed, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you’d like to repurchase, please refer to the steps in the email.
What if no one arrived for my Hubbl Glass delivery appointment?
If our delivery team were unable to attend your delivery appointment, they’ll contact you to reschedule. If you haven’t received a call, please contact us.
What if my Hubbl hasn't been delivered?
If your Hubbl Hub hasn't been delivered or if there's been a long delay, please contact Australia Post. If they're unable to help, you can contact us.
What if my order was damaged during delivery or arrived damaged?
Hubbl Glass was damaged
If you or the team noticed any damage during delivery, it will be returned and replaced with a new device.
If you noticed damage after your appointment, or you chose to set up the Hubbl Glass yourself and have noticed damage after unboxing, please review our warranty policy and click here to submit a warranty claim.
If you’ve purchased the device through a third-party, you can return it to the store of purchase or lodge a warranty claim through Hubbl here.
Hubbl Hub was damaged
If the Hubbl Hub has arrived damaged, a replacement can be sent out to you via Australia Post. You may be asked to provide proof of damage.

Why was my order cancelled?
Hubbl Glass was cancelled
You order may have been cancelled if our delivery team or Hubbl Help team attempted to call you on the day of delivery, and the day after, and were unsuccessful. If they were unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a refund within 14 days.

Hubbl Hub was cancelled
If you weren't home when Australia Post attempted to deliver your order, the driver will leave the package if it’s safe to do so. If there’s nowhere safe to leave it, the package will be taken to a local post office. If the package was not collected within 10 days, it'll be sent back, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a refund within 14 days.
