Find Hubbl device information

• Access information via My Account

You can find details about the Hubbl device online through My Account or by navigating to My Devices on the device itself.

Here, you can find:

• The serial number
• The TV size and colour (Hubbl Glass only)
• The model information

The Hubbl device will only be listed in My Account once it's been activated via the guided setup. For information on setting up, visit Setting up Hubbl Hub or Setting up Hubbl Glass.

Note: If you have multiple Hubbl devices and access device information through My Account on a web browser, all devices will be available to view. If you access device information on a device itself, you’ll only be able to see the information for that particular device.

1. Login to My Account.
2. Under My Devices , select Manage my devices.
3. Here, you can view the model information and details of the device.
