Which gift cards can be applied to a Hubbl account?
Streamotion-branded gift cards ( BINGE and Kayo Sports) can be applied to a Hubbl account. When a gift card is redeemed, the value is credited to your Hubbl account and applied to all active subscriptions on that account.
Note: There are currently no Hubbl-branded gift cards.
How will the gift card value apply?
The gift card value will be applied to your next Hubbl-billed transaction. This could include a subscription, Pay Per View or device purchase. You cannot choose which service to apply the gift card credit to.
If there's still remaining credit on your Hubbl account, it will be used for your next Hubbl-billed transaction until the value of the card is exhausted.
How long are gift cards valid?
What if the gift card balance doesn’t cover the full charge?
What if I cancel my Hubbl service and have balance on my gift card?
If you cancel, the balance will remain on your Hubbl account until it expires.
If you resubscribe to any Hubbl-billed service in the future, the gift card may be used.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online or in store from:
- Australia Post (in store and online)
- Woolworths (in store and online)
- Coles (in store only)
- Big W (in store only)
- Kmart (in store only)
- Target (in store only)
- Zip Online (online only)
- Prezzee (online only)
What value gift cards can I purchase?
You can purchase gift cards to the values of $20, $50 and $100.
Note: A maximum of $420 in gift card value can be stored in a Hubbl account at any one time. As this value is used for active subscription charges, you’ll be able to redeem further gift cards within the $420 maximum limit.
Applying a gift card
How can I apply a gift card?
You can apply a gift card online through My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Billing , select Redeem next to Gift Card .
- Enter the 30-digit code below the barcode.
- Enter the four-digit gift card PIN, then select Redeem.
Checking a gift card balance
How can I check a gift card balance?
You can check the balance of your gift card online through My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Billing , select Payment Methods.
- The balance remaining will display under Gift Cards.
Issues applying a gift card
What if my gift card doesn’t have a PIN?
If you are attempting to apply your gift card but it doesn’t have a PIN, you'll need to contact Hubbl Help with the gift card details so we can apply it on your behalf. Please contact us with your mobile number and an image of the back of the gift card.
Note: It may take up to 3 business days for your gift card to be applied.
I’m seeing an error when trying to apply my gift card?
It can take up to 48 hours from purchase for the gift card to be activated. If it’s been longer than 48 hours, contact us and our Hubbl Help team will be in touch.
What if my gift card has been lost or damaged?
Please contact us with proof of purchase and the gift card number, and our Hubbl Help team will be in touch.
