You can view or update your Hubbl account details online via My Account or by navigating to My Account via a Hubbl device. This includes your:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Year of birth
- Marketing preferences.
How do I update my personal details?
You can update your details online through My Account:
- Login to My Account.
Note: You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email, which you’ll need to enter before proceeding. Didn’t receive a code? Click here. - Under Account Details , select Personal Details:
- Select Edit to change your account details.
- Select Done.
A message will appear onscreen confirming your changes.
How do I change my mobile number?
To update the mobile number on your account:
- Click here to access My Account.
- Select Edit Mobile , enter your new mobile number, then select Done .
- To verify your account, you'll receive a code to the email address associated with your account.
- To confirm the new mobile number, you'll then receive a code to the mobile number you’ve entered.
Note: You can only update your mobile number once every seven days.
How do I change my email address?
To change the email address associated with your account:
- Click here to access My Account.
- Select Edit Email , enter your new email address, then select Done .
- To verify your account, you'll receive a code to the mobile number associated with your account.

How do I update my marketing preferences?
You can update your details online through My Account:
- Login to My Account.
Note: You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email, which you’ll need to enter before proceeding. Didn’t receive a code? Click here. - Under Account Details , select select Marketing Preferences:
- To tailor your preferences, click the individual circles next to each option. To opt out of all marketing, click the circle next to I want to opt-out of all of the above email marketing communication.
