If you're seeing the following error message, refer to the troubleshooting steps below:
- "HDCP unauthorised. Switch off your TV at the socket for at least one minute, then switch it back on."
Perform a re-sync
Refresh the connection between the Hubbl Glass and the device by performing a re-sync:
- Turn the Hubbl Glass off at the wall (you don’t need to unplug it).
- Turn the device off at the wall (you don't need to unplug it).
- Disconnect the HDMI cable completely from both the Hubbl Glass and the device.
- Turn the Hubbl Glass and device back on. Wait two minutes for both devices to fully power up.
- Reconnect the HDMI cable to both the Hubbl Glass and the device.
