Purchased a Hubbl Glass and changed your mind? If you’ve purchased the TV online, direct from Hubbl, just let us know within 31 days of it being delivered and you can return it for a refund if it's in its original condition and with all original parts.
How can I organise a change of mind return?
Before submitting a return, please ensure you:
- take photos of the front, back and sides of the TV
- make a note of the serial number.
Note:The serial number is located on the back of the TV, or can be found by navigating to Settings , selecting System Management and then System Info .
To submit a return:
- Complete the change of mind webform within 31 days of delivery.
- Expect a call from our Hubbl Help team, who will discuss the Change of Mind with you and place the order.
- Once the order is placed, you’ll receive an SMS to schedule a collection appointment.
- Before collection day, please ensure the TV, stand and remote are ready for pick-up. Please also keep the original packaging, if possible.
- On the day of collection, our partner Winning Group will package and take the TV away.
Will I be charged for collection?
No, our partner Winning Group will collect the TV at no additional cost.
If they arrive and you’re not home for the collection appointment you scheduled, the Change of Mind order may be cancelled.
Can I cancel the return if I’ve changed my mind?
If you’ve changed your mind and want to keep the TV, you can let our Hubbl Help team know when they call you. Otherwise, please contact us.
Make sure you do this before scheduling a collection appointment, as we’re unable to cancel a return if an appointment has already been booked.
