About Audio Description
Audio Description is currently only available on select free-to-air content accessed via an aerial.
Some apps may have their own Audio Description settings that may need to be turned on. For Audio Description settings for individual apps, see the app’s Help site.
How to turn on Audio Description
- Press the … (three dots options menu) button on the Hubbl remote.
- Press the right button two times and press Select to turn Audio Descriptions on.
Once Audio Description has been turned on, it’ll stay on for any shows or channels where it’s available, until you turn it off.
Still not working?
Check another program to see if Audio Description is working.
If it is, there may be a temporary broadcast issue with the show you’re watching. If not, continue below.
Restart device
Restart Hubbl Hub
- Switch the Hubbl Hub off at the wall and after 30 seconds, switch it back on again. You do not need to unplug it.
- After a few seconds, you'll see the Hubbl logo on screen and the red or white standby light will come on.
- On the Hubbl remote, press the Home button to launch the home screen.
Restart Hubbl Glass
- Switch the TV off at the wall and after 30 seconds, switch it back on again. You do not need to unplug it.
- After a few seconds, you'll see the Hubbl logo on screen and the red or white standby light will come on.
- On the Hubbl remote, press the Home button to launch the home screen.
