Batteries low error

If you're seeing the following error message, refer to the troubleshooting step below:

• " The batteries in your remote control are running low. Please replace them ."

1. Remove the entire back cover of the remote by sliding it down. Follow the direction of the arrow on the back of the remote.
   
   
2. Remove the old batteries and insert new AAA batteries, ensuring the correct positioning.
3. Slide the back cover back into place and press firmly to close.
4. Press the Home button to launch the home screen.
