When you order the Hubbl Glass directly through Hubbl, it'll be delivered to your front door by our partner, Winning Group. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to schedule a delivery appointment.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or postal lockers, as well as certain postcodes within Australia.
Will the delivery team setup and install my Hubbl Glass?
No. Our partner, Winning Group, will only deliver your Hubbl Glass to your front door. For help with setting up your Hubbl Glass, click here.
Will I be charged for delivery?
No, delivery is included at no additional cost.
How can I organise a delivery appointment?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to schedule a delivery appointment on a weekday that suits you.
You’ll receive an SMS on the morning of delivery confirming your two-hour timeslot, as well as another SMS 30 minutes before the delivery team is due to arrive.
What if I haven't received an SMS about delivery?
Please check if you ordered the device with another Hubbl account that you share with a friend or family member.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery appointment?
You can reschedule your delivery appointment up until 5pm the day before your initial appointment. To reschedule, follow the appointment scheduling link found in your Hubbl delivery SMS.
If I’ve ordered a Hubbl Glass and Hubbl, will they be delivered at the same time?
No, the Hubbl Glass will be delivered by Winning Group on your scheduled delivery date, while Hubbl will be shipped separately via Australia Post.
