What does it mean to have my personal details deleted?
This means all personal details linked to your account will be removed from our system. If your personal details are deleted, you will not be able to sign up or resubscribe to any Hubbl subscriptions (Kayo Sports or BINGE) in future using that account, including the same mobile number.
You will also be signed out of any Hubbl devices you may have and cannot use your account details (including phone number) to enable any Hubbl device smart features. You will need to register any Hubbl devices with a new account (including a new phone number) to re-enable the smart features on the device.
How do I request for my personal details to be deleted?
We are unable to delete your personal data if you have an active Hubbl-billed subscription (Kayo or BINGE). Please ensure all subscriptions are cancelled prior to contacting us or your case will be closed with no further action. To cancel a subscription please click here.
If all your Hubbl subscriptions are cancelled and you wish to also have your personal data deleted, please lodge a request by completing this webform.
Note: By submitting this form, you are simply making a request to have your data deleted, no data will be deleted or anonymised immediately.
